Considering all the negative reviews, I still decided to explore their New Year membership deal. Wow! Half price for the first month and the £10 admin fee waived. Considering this generic gym continues to deny paying customers the full 24 hour access, despite several months of "regular reviews" shows how poor this gym is managed in comparison with its competitors who have successfully maintained 24 hour opening safely and efficiently. So think it a no go joining the gym ATM.

Double standard... I meand the "pt"(no idea why they call them self pt.) Just "us" was warned to use mask and train alone, other people, I think friends dont have to... yeah, its about face and who knows who... Respect for pt-t who are great and kind persons!!!!!

Outstanding gym in Redhill. Cheap, no fuss, amazing equipment, local, 3hrs free parking, friendly staff, clean, modern, everything you need. Very well handled throughout the pandemic with clear emails explaining payments with 2 days free of charge. What a great product!

Facilities etc are great but no enforcing of the wesring masks in communal areas which is disappointing and will make me think twice about going until this is taken more seriously.

Excellent facility in Northampton.Only gripe would be the scan on entry, or exit can be very hit and miss, apart from that really like it.

The Gym at Hartlepool is a great place to workout. Space is important at the moment and suffering with anxiety myself it carries extra importance. I feel relaxed and safe there. As far as I can see there's only a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, there are only a handful of lockers available- not ideal. Secondly, no classes at all. It doesn't say that when you sign up, in fact it highlights free classes as being a perk of being a member. However, if you're looking for a gym with plenty of kit, space to move around while maintaining social distance and helpful staff I'd definitely recommend it.

This morning, Tuesday the 13th of September 2020, at the Kilmarnock gym my membership was cancelled" immediately" by a member of staff.For the last 15 gym sessions, I only missed one day because of an injury over the last 16 days Ive had my blue boot bag with me, holds my note book, phone, water bottle ect. Today iI was aggressively, intimidate and finally threatened if I didn't put everything in a locker and use the cleaning station like everyone else, even though I had products from their cleaning station to save me goon back and forth like a yo-yo, he would terminate my membership immediately.As far as I know he has done that however I have yet to hear back from the manager of that gym or the gym group themselves.Intimidating, threating and very rude and overall a very embarrassing situation.Am I still a member and will the reprimand their staff ? I don't know.Update Wednesday the 14th of October, yes my membership has been cancelled, my door pin doesn't work and it has been cancelled on the members area online.And not a single contact from either the manager of That Kilmarnock gym or The gym Group it's self.Don't join.

Showers are rubbish u have to headbutt the wall to get under it! Half the lockers are broken. And the stairs going up to it absolutely stink, but the actual gyms okay

Decent gym with lots of machines and dumbbells, just wish they had more than two Olympic benches, as you find yourself having to waiting around until the bench is available which can take a while, for a busy gym they should have at least 5 olympic benches, maybe 3 downstairs and 2 upstairs , would be good if they had punch bags and TVs to watch music videos, good enough gym but lacking in atmosphere.
